Mr. Nitin Bandekar graduated with Distinction from Govt. College Of Engineering(SGGS), Nanded, Maharashtra in 1994. Instead of opting a cool and safe software Job options abroad, decided to start his first IT infrastructure company in Pune in 1996. He is first generation Entrepreneur having more than 22 years of industry experience in various capacities like Proprietor, Partner, Director, Founder, CEO and Consultant to various ventures in IT and ITES. He has started first time in India the INNOVATIVE, Highly Effective & Result Oriented Skill Development Program for students pursuing engineering/technical degree; which has resulted in creating a quality and skilled techies best suitable for Global Industries.
TECH-FORUM
Mr. Nitin Bandekar has successfully developed a Soft Skill Development platform Known as “TECH-FORUM” which easily develops soft skills like Aptitude, Attitude, Confidence, Communication skill, Presentation ability of the student. He has developed Innovation Labs and Research Labs for various institutions. He recently worked on project where software companies can setup their Branch Office in institutes and in this both get exceptionally benefitted. Simultaneously, he has mentored several innovative start-ups.
Science Technology Engineering Maths
Mr. Bandekar has recently been appointed as STEM (Science Technology Engineering Maths) implementation channel partner for West India, through which he is planning to setup Science Labs and Technology Internship Labs in the region of Maharashtra and Goa. Now the trend of recruiting STEM certified Engineers in all IT and ITES organizations.

He invented and successfully implemented very innovative concept of YouTube Engineering and college free education with the help of YouTube and Be a job ready professional with YouTube. These programs have been highly appreciated and accepted by todays Youth.

In the year 2009, Mr. Bandekar substantially contributed to the ushering of software solution for Pharma vendors to order their medicines online without hassles of going to each medical Distributor and purchasing the medicines in long queue and this solution named “EMEDICO” was the first in INDIA. EMEDICO made the history in India by providing unique solution to connect different databases across different pharma retail and wholesale software’s. He is also credited with the creation of several software’s for compliance management for industries and companies and a very unique solution for ESIC and PF solution providers in Pune.
Advisory Committee Member
Mr. Bandekar has also served as a member of the Advisory Committee to various Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra, Member of the Governing Council of various schools and colleges in and around Pune and western Maharashtra region. He is member of the IT Service Provider companies association in Pune CMDA since last 20 years. He is true follower of various spiritual organizations like Art of Living, Patanjali and Manashakti Research Centre Lonavala. He has also served as the Member of e-Governance Committees of Maharashtra and Goa.
